
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be fully responsible for daily operation and staff management of Chinese Food Department of the hotel;
2. Lead all the staff of the restaurant to actively complete the business targets and effectively control the operation cost;
3. Actively coordinate relevant work of Housekeeping Department;
4. Be responsible for arranging the work related to fire prevention, security, sanitation and safety of the restaurant;
5. Maintain good customer relationship, deal with guests’ opinions and complaints, make corresponding records, learn lessons and sum up experience and constantly improve the services.
Qualifications:
1. 30-50 years old, receiving education from senior high school or above, standard Mandarin and good health;
2. More than 2 years of management experience in the same industry or position;
3. Be skilled in catering system software, marketing skills of catering industry and familiarize the operation processes of Chinese restaurants in hotel;
4. Have experience in leading teams and good communication and coordination ability.
